To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I receive my replacement/exchange?
We will ship your new replacement or exchange within 3 business days of your refund being processed and approved! You will then receive a shipment email that contains your tracking information.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed immediately but it will depend on your bank when they show up in your account. Most banks process them within 1-3 business days but it can take as long as 10 business days for some institutions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
You will NEVER have to pay for a return or exchange (unless you choose a higher-priced item of course)! Most of our returns are eligible for “Green Returns” so we can keep our emissions as low as possible.
Are there any fees for returns or exchanges?
Can I do an exchange if I received my item as a gift?
Yes, of course! Just like all our other products, you have 90 days from the day of purchase to exchange your item.
